Multiple Tumor Markers Immunoassay Test Kits based on Flow Cytometry with special software technology platform. Different sizes(4.5-7um)or colors microspheres was coated with a reagent specific to a particular bioassay, allowing the capture and detection of specific analytes from a sample. The Cytometric Bead Array(CBA) system analyzes immunoassays, complex genetic analyses, and enzymatic assays in one simple format. The reactants (antibodies, oligonucleotides, substrate, etc) of these assays are anchored to the surface of uniquely fluorescent microscopic beads. The unique fluorescent emission spectra of a given microsphere, identifies each of the assays performed simultaneously on a single sample. The CBA system individually analyzes microspheres in a flow stream. Every microsphere is accurately classified to its own subset, based on its fluorescent signature. In addition, the Cytometry scans each bead for the presence of a reporter fluorescent that qualities the assay at the bead's surface  Distinguishable microsphere set is conjugated to a different antibody making it possible for the system to identify mixed microsphere sets.Different microsphere sets are mixed together in a single well to create a multiplexed assay capable of simultaneously analyzing a single specimen for up to lots of multiple analytes.As the microspheres in a fluid stream pass through the instrument's two laser beams, high-speed digital signal processors and computer algorithms distinguish which assay is being carried on each bead. It quantitates the reaction based on fluorescent reporter signals.Using CBA system, reactions are read on every microsphere at a rate of up to 20,000 microspheres per second.
